Thursdays 10:30 – 14:45 Yoga Therapy and One to One Yoga
As a fully qualified yoga therapist, Sis works with individuals to promote positive health or to support underlying health conditions. With experience of working with people with a number of different conditions including anxiety, depression, fatigue, migraines, stress, back and neck pain, cancer and grief, Sis works with you to tailor practices to your needs. She also offers one to one yoga sessions for those for whom a group class is not suitable or convenient, or who simply want a more focused and personalised yoga practice.
