Yoga Nidra sometimes known as “yogic sleep” or “sleep with awareness” is a deep relaxation practice in which you will be guided into a state of profound physical and mental relaxation. Benefits include relaxation of the heart, skeletal muscles, and nervous system, reduction of stress and stress-related diseases, and deep conscious rest that reduces the need for sleep. No previous experience is needed for this practice. Once a month – usually the last Friday of the Month. £10 per class
