Carolyn mixes yoga styles for a flowing yoga that builds strength, flexibility and balance.The poses will open shoulders and hips to increase range of motion while building core strength to support the spine and posture. Sessions are ideal for runners, climbers and cyclists and suitable for beginners or improvers. The 90 minute sessions end with 10 minutes relaxation using the breath.
