Brooke’s timetable of classes take influence from pilates, dance and yoga, choreographed to keep you fit and healthy, in the most fun, or relaxing way possible.

Taking influence from yoga, pilates and dance this class will relax, stretch and tone you all at once! A complete mind-body workout which improves balance, aerobic fitness and co-ordination.

Ballet Bod

The US craze all the celebs love; the all-body workout that defines and tones! It combines elements of pilates, dance and resistance training and focuses on Barre exercises. You don’t need to be a trained dancer or have any experience- this class pushes your individual limits and you can work to your own pace.

Body Sculpt

Feel the burn with this Callanetics based class which targets each muscle group in isolation using tiny yet powerful and precise movements. Callanetics exercises tighten and reshape your body while increasing strength, flexibility and body alignment.

Dance Fit

 Learn all the dance moves to your favourite songs: Beyonce, Greatest Showman and many more with this fun and simple cardio workout.

Line Dancing

If you fancy yourself as a Boot Scootin’ Baby and want to try out the traditional American line dance then this class is perfect for you! Constant changes of directions can be tricky for some, but don’t worry we’ll start off slowly then develop it from there!

Belly Dancing

The likes of Kylie, Shakira and Beyonce swear by this waist-cinching workout. Get hearts racing including your own, with this fantastic cardio and tone class. no equipment needed.
